How to Book

Start by emailing us or filling out the online contact form.
We will respond within 48 hours to discuss availability.
If your selected time is available, we’ll send you a booking confirmation link; otherwise, we will provide alternative times.
You will receive a deposit invoice along with a link to the printable birthday invitation, our terms and conditions, and an online information request form.
Confirm your booking by paying the deposit invoice.
Customize your menu and activities using the online information request form.
Eight days before your party, we will email you to confirm the final guest count; please respond with this information.
Seven days before your party, you will receive your final invoice, which is due within 24 hours of the invoice date.

Frequently Asked Questions

Payment on the Day

We only accept payment on the day for additional kids/teens.
If the party balance is not paid in full before the event, it may be cancelled.

Bringing Decorations

Helium balloons are not permitted. If brought, you will be asked to return them to your car.
Pinatas are not allowed in the venue.

Outside Food and Drinks

Swing City is a fully licensed venue with an operating kitchen. External food and drinks are not permitted.

Bringing Your Own Cake

You are welcome to bring your own birthday cake. However, our event hosts will not cut and serve the cake; this will be the responsibility of the parents/guardians.
We will provide plates, spoons, and a cake knife for serving.

Adult Guests

All guests are welcome to attend. There will be a designated section, “The Nine,” where adults can sit and relax.

Role of the Event Host

The event host is there to ensure the kids have a great time and that the event runs smoothly.
They will be your first point of contact upon arrival.
An event host is not allocated to service the parents. If you wish to have a host for the parents, there will be an additional charge.
